We welcome partnerships with organizations, foundations, businesses and community groups that share our mission for support international students. Partnering with Itoju means working together to support international students through:

  • Institution & Student Clubs Engagement  – We can collaborate on events, promote resources, and support the outreach of the mentoring program to students in your schools and clubs.
  • Program & Event Collaboration – Share expertise by co-hosting workshops, panels, trainings, speaker sessions and networking events to provide students with valuable resources and connections.
  • Corporate & Community Engagement – Partner with us to create volunteer and mentorship opportunities for employees or community members, while also providing employment or volunteer pathways for our mentees.
  • In-Kind Support & Donations – We accept contributions and donations of all kinds including financial, services, space, or materials that will contribute to our work of support international students in Canada.
  • Sponsorships & Funding – Help sustain and expand our programs by investing in mentorship and community-building initiatives.
  • Resource Sharing – Provide tools, opportunities, and networks that benefit international students.

Volunteer With Us

Volunteering with Itoju Mentoring is a meaningful way to support international students beyond one-on-one mentorship. While mentors provide direct guidance, volunteers help build the foundation that makes our programs possible.

We welcome anyone who is passionate about supporting international students and building a strong community of care and has the capacity to support. Whether you’re a current or former international student, a domestic student, or a professional looking to give back, there’s a place for you at Itoju Mentoring.

  • Resource Development: Create and curate useful materials in various formats, including videos, written guides, and toolkits, that support international students.
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing and running our virtual or in-person workshops, socials, and community gatherings.
  • Evaluations & Impact: Support data collection and assessment to measure program success and program development.
  • Social Media & Communications: Help amplify our work through content creation, storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Fundraising Support: Assist with grant writing and fundraising initiatives.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Connect with students, partners, and community members to expand our reach.
